    • Import claim information from various sources extracting that data directly into required documentation.

    • Sync claim information from your I/A firm’s CMS.

    • Cross-reference common elements between forms, expediting the documentation process:

    • Streamlined view for quickly filling out forms that have unique fields not able to be filled out automatically.

    • Validate that you have filled out all necessary fields for less frequent bounce-backs.

  • Select the room and identify all damaged items. The select the appropriate check boxes

    • Organize your photos by room location

    • Order your photos by how you want them to appear on a photo sheet

    • Package your photos in associated reports

    • Detail your photos with a description

    • Contents photos may include item details such as make, model, and serial numbers with any other necessary information.

  • Scan the entire floor plan one room at a time. Merge the rooms. Add your photos by room.

    Use this floor plan as an underlayment for the estimating software.

    • Each of your loss addresses will be marked on a map to aid in scheduling inspections.

    • Interact with map elements to get directions or send data to common map apps such as Google Maps and Apple Maps.

    • Import inspection schedule to your chosen calendar.

    • Easy access to the Claims Manual, Quick References, policy information, etc.

    • Upload all your reports to a CMS

    • Share your reports with desk adjusters and examiners

    • Add attachments to a report, such as an adjuster FCN card or photo sheets.

    • We know that there may be limitations with internet access while out in the field, so OSA works completely offline!
